Peanut Butter Bliss Balls - Vegan and Gluten Free

Medjool dates
1 ½ cups
ground almonds
3
Tablespoons peanut butter
Splash of
almond or soy milk
2
teaspoons Dutch cocoa powder
1/3 cup
dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup
desiccated coconut
Place the
dates in a food processor and pulse until they form a smooth paste.
Add the
almonds, peanut butter, milk and cocoa powder. Blend together
for a
minute. Add the chocolate chips and
combine until well mixed. Scoop
out balls the size of teaspoons and roll in
coconut.
Place in
the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
